Nikki offers individual telehealth therapy for teens and adults, as well as couples telehealth therapy. She specializes in supporting individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, or weighed down by the “shoulds” of life. Whether you’re spiraling at 2 AM, questioning your relationship on a Tuesday, or mentally drafting your resignation letter (again) on a Friday, Nikki offers a compassionate space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
She works collaboratively with clients navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and career uncertainty, helping them build self-awareness, improve communication, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.
Nikki’s approach is holistic, warm, and client-centered, blending psychodynamic insight with mindfulness, and drawing from her background in CBT and nutrition to support both emotional and physical wellbeing. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work.

* Please note, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who cannot pay full price or who work in helping professions. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can absolutely talk about what’s possible together.
While I don’t take insurance directly, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill for clients with PPO plans who are seeking out-of-network reimbursement. If you’re unsure whether your plan includes this, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking about coverage for out-of-network mental health services. I have several clients who qualify, so it's worth asking!
